Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
Staying above the 6th floor, my room had a safe in the desk drawer to keep valuables secure, but the view was a claustrophobic black wall directly outside the window. The service was somewhat rude in collecting food, but the staff were great otherwise, attentive, friendly, and fluent in English. The location was perfect and central, adjacent to Zona Rosa on Reforma, though the view from the room wasn't ideal.
My stay at the hotel was truly memorable. The rooms were fine and comfortable, with spotless conditions upon arrival. The safe in the desk drawer was a great amenity for storing valuables. However, the service wasn't as friendly or helpful as expected. The location was fantastic, with easy access to various attractions and dining options. The dining experience was mostly great, although the coffee was a letdown. The overall value for money was decent, with some extra charges for services.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The rooms were simply unacceptable with no view but a claustrophobic black wall directly outside the window. However, the service was incredible and truly made our trip memorable. The location, while not the best, was in a great area in Mexico City that was walkable to many attractions. The dining experience was okay, with a good combination of local and international foods. Facilities were fantastic with anything one may need, but there were some issues with the price not matching the value for money.
